How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your bag and choose Checkout. You will complete payment on our secure checkout page.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery can take up to 28 days in some areas. Delivery is free for orders of three or more items or over £250; any other delivery charges are shown at checkout. See our Delivery page for details.
Can I return something?
Yes. Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery. Email help@halton-house.com to arrange a return; customers cover change-of-mind return costs. You also have a 14-day legal right to cancel. See our Returns page for details.
Are product sizes exact?
Sizes supplied by the manufacturer are shown as given. Where we have estimated a size from photographs, it is marked “(approx)”. If an exact measurement matters, contact us before ordering.
